CEO Statement: 2025 Was Defining, 2026 Is Expansion

2025 was a defining year for StayLah. We achieved nearly 3x growth, representing approximately 300% year-on-year expansion, marking a significant milestone in our journey.

It was the year we proved that our vision works — not in theory, but in execution. We validated our multi-model platform, strengthened our presence across core markets, and demonstrated that hotels are actively seeking an alternative to traditional OTA-driven dependency. Most importantly, we earned trust — from hotel owners, partners, and our growing ecosystem — by standing firmly on one principle: StayLah succeeds only when hotels succeed.

Over the past year, StayLah has evolved beyond a B2B distributor. We laid the foundation of a scalable hospitality platform that integrates distribution, technology, revenue intelligence, and operations into one unified ecosystem. Our Channel Connectivity, Extranet Distribution, Smart Connectivity, and Unified Intelligence Models are no longer concepts — they are live, proven, and growing.

As we enter 2026, we do so with clarity and conviction. 2026 is our expansion year. It is the year StayLah transitions from regional traction to regional leadership.

Our ambition is bold yet disciplined: to achieve five-times growth, expand into Australia, New Zealand, India, the Philippines, and China, and accelerate our evolution into a fully managed hospitality and revenue intelligence platform. As part of this journey, we will introduce our Hotel Management Model, supported by two strategic solutions and branding under the "StayLah the Collection" vision. Our 2026 Technology Roadmap reflects our commitment to automation, intelligence, and scale — building an autonomous platform capable of supporting over one million bookings annually with enterprise-grade reliability. None of this is possible without our team. In 2026, we will continue to invest in talent — strengthening our operations, expanding our business development footprint across new countries, deepening our technology capabilities through data intelligence, and partnering with marketing professionals who share our long-term vision.
